We can accept your art in virtually any format. The following is a guideline for customers with prepared art -if you'd like to take advantage of our free art service simply provide design instructions during checkout and we'll create a design to your exact specifications.

Whatever format you send us, please follow these guidelines:

-The preferred file type is .AI, .PS, PDF, .EPS or any other editable format. JPEG's are acceptable but must be 300 dpi and fit to our printing specifications.

- Please ensure that no text, logos or essential images are placed within 1/8 of an inch from the cut edge of your magnet.

- Please convert all colors to CMYK

- Please convert all fonts to curves/outlines

- All bitmaps (JPG etc.) should be supplied at a resolution of no less than 300 dpi to achieve the best print quality.

- We prefer that there are no borders around the edge of the magnet

You'll receive a design proof for approval before your magnets go into production, and we'll be happy to work with you until you get exactly what you want.

Magnetic Sign preparation, use and care
• Before affixing magnet to a metal surface, clean the metallic surface and the magnet with mild detergent and wipe with a soft cloth or allow to dry. Be sure paints, clear coats and waxes are cured.
• Make sure the entire magnet is flat against the metal surface. Do not place over protrusions (molding, decals, pin striping, etc.) or concave areas. There must be NO air pockets.
• Remove the magnet weekly and after rain. Clean both the magnet and metal surface with mild detergent; wipe with a soft cloth or allow to air-dry.
• Do not wash your car with magnet affixed. There is no warranty expressed or implied against loss of signs or damage to vehicle surfaces, as factory has no control over how signs are cared for, altered, stored, and/or used, or the surface to which the signs are applied.
