General Information: Price includes printing in full-color (four color process) on both sides of postcard and the front of the magnet, addressing, and adhering of magnet to postcard (method is based upon selected product).
Postcard Material: 14 pt. Laminated Card
Postcard Size and Shape: 8.5” wide x 5.25” high Rectangle with Rounded Corners
Magnet Material: 25 mil Indoor with Gloss Laminate
Magnet Size & Shape: Based upon product selection
Ink for Magnet and Postcard: Full Color (exact color matches, metallic ink or fluorescent ink colors are not available)
Mailing: Pricing will include ink-jetting one, one-tab Excel mail-ready mailing list (processing of additional lists are $60.00 per list)
NCOA Processing: If we are not permitted to add “or Current Resident” to comply with USPS Move/Update Requirements regarding mail deliverability, each list will need to be processed through the NCOA (National Change of Address database and will incur a fee of $80.00 per list)
Postage: Standard, First Class, and Non-Profit (Non-Profit must have PS3623 approved by USPS) Available using our permit; postcards must be mailed by us. Postage is not included in the website price. Contact Customer Service for the current postage rate (subject to change at any time by the USPS).
Art: Magnets, postcard, postal indicia, and mail panel must adhere to USPS requirements for size and placement (contact Customer Service for templates).
Production Time: Approximately 15 to 20 business days from receipt of proof approval and payment, plus mail time. Production time is subject to change and should be confirmed upon order placement.
We can accept your art in virtually any format. The following is a guideline for customers that have prepared art. If you do not have finished art, please contact us and our designers will put together a magnet design that meets your needs.
Guidelines:
The preferred file type is .AI, .PS, PDF, .EPS or any other editable format. JPEG's are acceptable but must be 300 dpi and fit to our printing specifications.
Please ensure that no text, logos or essential images are placed within 1/8 of an inch from the cut edge of your magnet.
Please convert all colors to CMYK
Please convert all fonts to curves/outlines
All bitmaps (JPG etc) should be supplied at a resolution of no less than 300 dpi to achieve the best print quality.
You will always receive a proof for your approval before going into production. We will work with you until you get exactly what you want.
