Product Description

Promote your cleaning company while giving customers a useful year-round reference with this custom 6 in. x 9 in. rounded-corner Home Maintenance Checklist magnet.

The design includes a monthly checklist and separate sections for spring, summer, fall and winter home maintenance. Reminders cover common household tasks such as replacing HVAC filters, testing smoke detectors, cleaning range hood filters, inspecting electrical cords, checking fire extinguishers, cleaning gutters, preparing plumbing for colder weather and inspecting appliances.

A dedicated services section can highlight your company’s cleaning options, including standard house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning and vacation rental or Airbnb cleaning. Personalize the design with your business name, logo, address, phone number, email address, website, QR code and promotional message.

The large 6 in. x 9 in. format allows the checklist and company information to remain easy to read. Customers can display the magnet on refrigerators, filing cabinets, magnetic whiteboards and other compatible magnetic surfaces.

This practical promotional magnet is ideal for residential cleaning companies, maid services, janitorial businesses, property managers, vacation rental cleaners and independent cleaning professionals.

What do your prices include?

The products on our website are all inclusive with the exception of shipping charges, postage for mailer products, and copy change fees for multiple pieces of art using a quantity price break. Are Metallic Promotional Magnets Durable?

Yes, metallic promotional magnets are durable. High-quality magnets use strong magnetic backing and long-lasting metallic ink printing, allowing them to stay securely on refrigerators, cabinets, and other metal surfaces for years without fading or peeling.

Are metallic magnets better than regular printed magnets for marketing?

Metallic magnets are good for brand awareness because metallic inks or foil finishes create a reflective surface that attracts attention. Regular printed magnets are more cost-effective and better suited for large marketing campaigns where high-volume distribution is needed.
